Remembrance Day 2026 in Croatia

The supplied Croatian calendar lists November 18 as Remembrance Day and gives the local name Dan sjećanja na žrtve Domovinskog rata i Dan sjećanja na žrtvu Vukovara i Škabrnje. That name identifies the focus as remembrance of Homeland War victims and the suffering of Vukovar and Škabrnja. The attached reference instead describes the November 11 observance used in several Commonwealth countries, so it should not be used to explain Croatia’s November 18 date. This entry follows the Croatian calendar’s date and local designation.
