Bremen’s calendar lists Reformationstag (Reformation Day) as a public holiday on Saturday, 31 October 2026. The supplied context describes the date as a Protestant Christian observance commemorating the beginning of the Reformation. It associates 31 October 1517 with Martin Luther’s Ninety-five Theses but cautions that the familiar account of their being nailed to a church door is not certain. The calendar’s regional listing applies to Bremen; neither it nor the supplied context indicates that Reformation Day is a public holiday in every German state.
