In Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Reformationstag is listed as a public holiday on Saturday, 31 October 2026. The supplied context characterizes the day as a Protestant Christian observance commemorating the onset of the Reformation. It discusses the traditional connection to Martin Luther’s Ninety-five Theses and notes that the familiar church-door story is not established with certainty. The regional calendar entry should not be expanded into a claim that the date is a public holiday across all of Germany. It confirms the listing for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the date shown.
