Europe Day 2027 in Moldova

Moldova’s supplied calendar lists Ziua Europei, or Europe Day, as a public holiday on May 9, 2027. The contextual source distinguishes the European Union’s May 9 observance from the Council of Europe’s May 5 observance, and links the EU date to the 1950 Schuman Declaration. This helps explain the date’s wider European context, but the supplied materials do not describe Moldova’s own commemorations or establish the precise national legal basis for listing it as a public holiday.
