Asturias lists Jueves Santo as a public holiday on 2 April 2026 in the supplied calendar. Its contextual source places Maundy Thursday in Holy Week and associates it with the Last Supper and washing of the feet. The calendar indicates a regional holiday, not a nationwide Spanish closure. The evidence does not describe local customs or the precise effect on workplaces; an official Asturian calendar could confirm those jurisdiction-specific details.
